In North Las Vegas, Nevada, Aliante is a master-planned neighborhood.
Aliante began in May of 2003 and ended around 2012.
A master planned community with 1,905 acres, 428 acres of which are dedicated to recreational and public use, is located at the base of the picturesque Sheep Mountains.
Aliante is much smaller than Summerlin (at 22,500 acres), with only roughly 20,000 people.
The town has an 18-hole municipal golf course, an amphitheater, three city parks, soccer and ball fields, picnic spaces, commercial centers, and a casino, as well as 428 acres of recreational and public usage.
Aliante has almost 100 acres of shopping, dining, and entertainment, as well as the Aliante Station Casino, which includes a movie theater and bingo hall.
The Aliante Golf Club, an 18-hole championship golf course, is also located in the neighbourhood.
Aliante inhabitants have access to three city parks, including the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, as well as a 24-mile interconnected trail system.
